WOKBOYZ: Who doesn’t love asian food? Or may I say asian street food? As Being Asian myself, From The Philippines represent! I do love asian food! I used to live back in Singapore and Malaysia and travelled around other Asian Countries Like Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, etc I am totally missing all the food! I’m sure if you did travel to Asian countries before you definitely miss all their awesome delicacy and asian cuisine.
Living in Dubai There are plenty of asian places to have your asian craving satisfaction! One recommendation is @WOKBOYZ asian street food. Visited one of their branches near to where I live and I cannot even believe myself how I never heard of them before! Such a really nice simple outdoor type of place to eat your favorite asian meals in a box!

Take note, that I went to Sheik Zayed Road Branch and there’s only outdoor seating available. The sun was right on top of us like we were sunbathing. Thank God! It is winter and the Breeze was just beautiful so we were fine and OK sitting there for a couple of hours. Best time to come without the Rays of the Sun Pointing at the places where you can sit is around 2-3pm or around late afternoon and night time is definitely a must.
FOOD we ordered:
- 1st Wok: Jasmine Rice, Prawns, Pineapple, Mushrooms, Gangnam Style Sauce, Fried Garlic
- 2nd Wok: Soba Noodles, Prawns, Snowpeas, Cabbage, Gangnam Style Sauce, Sesame Seeds,
- 3rd Wok: Udon Noodles, Chicken, Carrots, Cabbage, Japanese Sizzle Sauce, Sesame Seeds.
We also Ordered: Prawn Siu Mai and Wokboyz Signature Spicy Korean Wings.
VERDICT:
– Jasmine Rice Wok I ordered was super delicious! I suppose I already know what to order and because the ordering process is super easy so it is easier to decide. Rice is not mushy at all even though there’s a noticeable amount of sauce which is really good.
– Soba Noodles and Udon Noodles were alright too! Both my husband and my daughter loved it. Although, there were lots of sauce leftover at the bottom of the wok box which makes the noodles a bit soggy if you won’t eat it right away because the noodles are going to absorb the sauce at the bottom of the wok box. I Recommend to eat it right away upon receiving from the delivery or eat it upon serving.
– Spicy Korean Wings and Prawn Siu Mai are both delicious as well! Definitely recommended to have with your wok box order as a side =) or just order both of them as mains, whatever as you may like to complete your @WOKBOYZ experience.
OVERALL, The whole Menu I must say is delicious! The concept of Customizing your own meals is just pure genius don’t you think? No food or not one ingredient is going to be wasted because you choose exactly what you want in your own wok box to enjoy. Another thing I love is the big servings. I mean asian meals are big and we’re guilty of eating a lot so it is important for us to have big servings that comes with the delicious meals we order. Wallet friendly, Satisfaction, Big Servings and You can customize your order every time! There’s not one meal that is the same hehe I’m thinking a lot of mix and match ingredients that you can go to my own wok box and there’s too many to try with their different sauce available, mix it with other noodle or rice base and ta daaa!! You have your unique meal.
