Hey loves! Another FOOD blog post coming right at ya! So today’s blog post is about Vietnamese Foodies located in JLT Dubai. My girls and I originally planned to come and visit Global Village, but some of them need to come home early, We changed the plan and decided to just visit Vietnamese Foodies which We’ve been talking about for some time already and finally we went and tried it!
LOCATION: The place is located very near to DMCC metro station (former JLT stop) when you come out to the metro station the first car park you’ll see next to see dunkin donut, you walk inside and go through it and you’ll find the Vietnamese Foodies on the your left side.
AMBIENCE: The place is just simple but well organize nothing too fancy and I love it! They were playing old songs when we were there, I remember Abba which I like! They have spaces available inside the restaurant and also outside and also next to the lake which is cool. The space inside feels quite small or tight for me so we decided to just eat outside also as I said plenty of space outside so lots to choose from.
STAFF/SERVICE: Staff is attentive. Very nice and no complains at all. Although, we tried to order one food and somehow the waiter forgot about it so we just pass and decided not to have it anymore since we were all done eating. Over all the service is good.
FOOD: Since there is so much rave about this Vietnamese foodies restaurant, I expected so much. I’ve been to Vietnam many times and have many Vietnamese friends, I do know how the taste could go and vary and the real or authentic ones taste like. So we tried their Pho bo with beef brisket, I don’t want to be biased since I did eat something right before I had the Pho bo so somehow it
VERDICT: Over all the restaurant is very good and recommended. The staff were nice, but just need to be extra attentive when customers are ordering so they won’t forget like what we experienced. It is very Near to the DMCC(JLT) metro station which is always a high five for me! Vietnamese spring rolls and bao buns were really good! And totally need a retaste and another visit to finalise my Pho Bo Beef Brisket taste so watch out for another one haha let me know if you guys wanna come with me!
