Smile Brilliant Part 2: Guide on How to Whiten your Teeth at Home

INSTRUCTIONS – Desensitizing Gel Syringe – 1 syringe = 3 full applications

1) Remove Plastic Insert- Make sure that your teeth are clean, Also check and make sure that your whitening trays are clean and dry before applying the gel. If it is a bit hard for you to take off the cap you can cut it with scissors.

2) Apply Gel To Trays- Apply a string or thin or enough gel along the front, inner surface of the trays. It is where the front side of your teeth goes.

3) Insert trays- When applying the trays, make sure that you are putting it forward pressing motion so the front teeth press into the gel. Wipe away overflowing gel. leave it for 20 minutes.

4) Brush your Teeth and Rinse- Rinse mouth properly with water and then lightly brush your teeth. A quick, soft brush is enough. Rinse then clean and dry the trays.

Smile Brilliant’s Desensitizing Gel should be applied for 15-60 minutes (varies per person based on the severity of their sensitivity). Once the treatment has ended, lightly brush away the gel and rinse with water.
It is now time to apply the teeth whitening gel!

NOTE: Desensitizing gel should be applied before every teeth whitening treatment to prevent/minimize tooth sensitivity.

Recommended usage varies per person based on their schedule, level of tooth sensitivity, and severity of their tooth stains. Those with tooth sensitivity should reduce their time to 1-2 hours and only use the product every other day for 2 weeks.

Above photo is my before and after results from using Smile Brilliant! My teeth is a little bit sensitive though so I have to lessen the time using both gels. It all depends on how sensitive your teeth since each of us are different.

Also think that whitening your teeth depends on how yellowish your teeth then you’ll need more patience if its more yellowish than usual. As you can see my teeth before was not that yellowish, but I will surely tell you now that this Smile Brilliant works like wonder. Don’t be scared too when you see little bits of white spots all over your teeth or discoloration from yellowish to white colour as it is natural during the process. That means that the product is really working and you’l have a super white teeth in no time! It takes time right?

I do recommend this product specially for the students and busy moms or busy working people out there. This will make your life easier. Imagine whitening your teeth just at home!
