The Founder of Simple Life, Madam Tracy Ngo Started an organic shop about 23 years ago in Melaka. being a gifted cook, her friends consulted her on how to use organic produce. In 1995, she introduced “Lei Cha” on small scale and as demand grew, she started the idea of a restaurant and the Simple Life Began.
Lei Cha is a traditional nutrient-rich Hakka tea-based beverage. The Soup is a concoction of pounded tea leaves, basil, mint, and herbs and served together with nuts, chopped long beans, tofu, pickled and fresh vegetables and a bowl of multi grained rice.
They Focus on nutritional aspects of eating, ensuring all our their meals are natural, no artificial or colouring, additives, preservatives and most importantly no MSG. They Use brown rice, multi grains, herbs, legumes, and lots of vegetables. They Believe that a healthy diet leads to a healthy life.
