I believe that this is another year for all of us to spend our time on more well-being or more wellness to make sure that our mental health and everything is well looked after. I started my year planning and organising and happy that I finally attended an event to give me clearer visions and relax my body and mind.
I attended the Sound healing meditation class at Seva Experience in Collaboration with Neal’s Yard Remedies. It was an early morning but such a relaxing time. We started the event with a beautiful sound healing meditation class led by @mikaella.akachic I’ve had some sound healing meditation classes before and they were all amazing. I used to hate meditation, Somehow I can’t just meditate like my brain can’t stop thinking haha but now, sound healing meditation classes change the way I relax, For sure it’s got something to do with music. That’s why I like it. I always carry my headphones with me because music is the only thing that relaxes and calms my brain from thinking things.
Definitely love the sound healing meditation by mikaella at Seva Experience. After the class, we went to the outdoor garden to enjoy the little piece of heaven with amazing plant-based foods prepared for us that morning. Just wanted to let you know that I am not on any Diets right now, I’m a foodie and I love trying out different cuisines from different countries and discovering amazing foods and I am not against any kinds of diets either, whatever you are doing right now then, do you my dear hehe.
If you haven’t tried plant-based before or would love to check it out they are located in Jumeirah. Former name is Life n’ One and now they are Seva Experience. I’ve been to Seva Experience many times before and always love visiting there. It feels like you’re not in Dubai and somewhere in Asia like Bali, Malaysia you know what I mean. Please take note that there is NO WIFI there. Imagine my struggle haha as my social media phone data is OFF when I go outside, I rely on Public WIFI for me to get updates, post my content and check my emails as well. Although that is my own personal problem when I’m there, It is a good idea and a good place to meet up with friends and catch up with them. Be focused and be in the moment. You should definitely visit soon to enjoy the outdoors picnic garden as summer in Dubai is coming and you know what that means haha
Meanwhile, I’m very excited to try Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic products! I’ve been trying to build my skincare and makeup routine this 2022 and so far I am loving all the new products that I’m discovering. As you all know, I am a model as well besides being a blogger/youtuber. So, as a Model I really need to look after my skin and body as well. By using organic products like Neal’s Yard Remedies and Eating healthy foods like at Seva Experience, it will help me achieve my goals. Of course I’ll take you with my skincare journey here on my website and youtube videos as well =)
