One of the food festival that you don’t want to miss when in Dubai is the Miami Vibes Dubai Food Festival. Lots of food and fun all in one place and did I say that those food are all instagrammable? You bet!! Go ahead and check out the hashtag #miamivibesdxb and drool over those Instagram food porn.
The first time they set up this year was in City walk but I didn’t manage to come and visit (I’ll come next year) so I was happy to know that they have another one at The Block D3 waterfront in Dubai Design District. the place is very easy to find + they have huge pineapples by the road where you can see if your taxi will drive around D3 it is easy to see.
It opens 4pm. We left home same time and took the train to business bay, then ride a taxi to Dubai design district, taxi fare was 18.50aed We arrived at The Block D3 around 4:45pm we were very early but it was good to take photos because there were not so many people who will photo-bomb you! All the cute setup is all yours and all instagrammable!
Since this Festival is all about Food, food trucks and food booths or food stalls are everywhere for you to enjoy. Most foods were burgers and desserts and of course coffees! Burgers and other main meals start at the price of 35aed++ desserts like an ice cream cone with a 1scoop start at 15aed++ There are lots of desserts or main food to choose from I am sure you can find the right food for you!
My sister and I went for Sausage Fabrique Food Stall and we ordered their Moroccan Merguez sausage 45aed + normal fries 10aed + Pepsi can 10aed. I will be writing a different review about it so please stay in touch with my blog or follow my socials @tauyanm
After we ate the food we went to the hammocks at the right side of The Block D3 and chill for a bit and then we walked to Dubai Design District and my daughter enjoyed their rotating chairs for few minutes got a taxi to Financial Centre metro and arrived home around 7:30pm. It was a good day!
