MELT AND ROAST RESTAURANT HIGH TEA:

I can’t even remember if when was the last time I had High Tea. I supposed back in Malaysia? It is part of their culture and community. Which I really Miss so much.

Being in Dubai this is the very first time after 4 years, I’m having and experiencing High-Tea. To be honest I’ve never seen a restaurant offer High Tea but more like Coffee shops or Dessert Parlors. Happy to be visiting Melt and Roast Restaurant. This is my first time here but I’ve heard them so many times before over instagram of course.

LOCATION:

Melt and Roast is Located at Zee Tower Building, Dubai Media City, Dubai. The best thing here is it is only walking distance to The Dubai Internet City Metro Station which is what I always Prefer when going somewhere around Dubai. If it is walking distance to any metro station in Dubai then I am definitely coming ya’ll!

FOOD:

The food they served is American, Continental, Indian and South Indian which sounds like a lot but believe me! Their menu is very well curated and not cluttered compared to many other restaurants I’ve been to and I am very sure that you all have been to these kinds of places too that you won’t know which one to order because the menu is not curated at all. Thank God Melt and Roast is! For the Food, We had so much food to eat!

First, We came very early to eat our late lunch and have a quick meeting at the same time. We had Biryani and Half a Chicken that we shared and omg! That Biryani was delicious and the chicken was tasty and tender! Already salivating thinking about it! And you all know how much I love biryani right?

After that, we were full and only expecting high tea but to our surprise, there were so many meals offered! We had kebabs, chicken and tofu skewers, egg cups, momos, of course cookies and cakes and detox drinks and chai and tea and all those yummy stuff! They served both versions of everything from Meat to Vegetarian so for sure that you’ll have so many choices from the menu. Live cooking was fun to watch too!

AMBIANCE + SERVICE:

When I first walked to the Melt and Roast Restaurant I felt like the place was too small or better off to be an open restaurant instead, But after we ordered our late lunch from them I took some time to look and appreciate the whole overall restaurant. Then I realised that the place is actually cute and nice and homely. I love how the interiors are simple but the extra touch of the plants around the walls and ceilings made it extra nice. Can I just also say for super extra points that They were super nice to let us know the wifi password and their wifi didn’t disappoint as it was super fast and got no problem the whole time we were there from the very early time we came, from the event started and til around 6-7pm that we left. Thank you Melt and Roast we appreciate the service and not making us feel that we need to go haha We were welcomed and we did appreciate it very much.

Overall, I’ll recommend this place if you wanna work somewhere with super fast wifi and delicious food! I cannot say enough how super nice their service and the staff there. If you miss home, Come to their Restaurant and you will be at peace and feel at home and relax even if you come there to work. The food was very delicious! I will definitely come back and will try to have a taste of the other food on their menu.
