  1. Hi everyone. I have a very IMPORTANT question:
How is the quality of the I-Socks products? Especially the creepers?
I’m the kind of person who likes my stuff to last, and since I’m about to take my one and probably only trip to KL, I really would like some advice on this!!!

    1. Oh, also, can someone give me an idea of the prices? Example, how much would a T-shirt, long trousers and creepers outfit cost? The miney I have is in Swiss francs, a much stabler currency than the ringgit, so I’d like to change as little as possible.

      1. i got no idea of the prices anymore. sad to say but I didn’t buy any shoes so I dont know if the shoes are good or not, although I can assure you that the clothings and accessories are really good!. What you can do is to visit the shop first, then choose the items you wanna buy, add up the prices and then change ur swiss money to ringgit. they have money changers in berjaya times square. also, if you dont fancy the quality of the shoes in I-socks, you can walk around berjaya, theres tons of them selling lots of shoes. Let me know if anything else.

        1. Thank you so much for your reply and advice! It helped put my mind at little more at ease. I do have one more question: you mentioned that there are tonnes of shoe shops in Berjaya. Can you recommend me any that have goth/punk themes (if there are any)? Thanks in advance.

          1. hi crystal, i wanted to help as much as I can do, but Its been like 3 years since i’ve been there, this post is the first time I’ve visited and went around the mall when we moved to KL before, honestly I can’t remember the whole place haha. I suggest you walk around berjaya time square. if you can’t find any, ride the train from berjaya i think the train there is Imbi then go to Pasar Seni and walk to chinatown/petaling street, you can find many shops there who sells costumes as well try to ask people, maybe you can find your shoes there, also while you’re in there, walk to lucky plaza they have some shops there selling gothic outfits last time i went there,

            1. Oh, wow, 3 years is a long time! Thank you for digging in your memory to answer me. I’ll definitely keep all you’ve told me in mind, and I guess the rest will just be a jolly guns blazing kind of adventure! Thanks a lot!

                1. Um, hello again. Just a little something you might like to add to your post: i-socks in Berjaya has closed down. I went there this morning, and they’ve put a notice on the door, something about relocating. I didn’t have time to check Petaling street or Lucky Plaza, but thank you again.

                  1. sorry to hear that dear! I’ve never been there for so long! hence the blogpost was published years ago. Thanks for the update! That’s very helpful =)

  3. looks like a fun place to shop. i like the colorful boots and headbands, but i am not sure where i would wear them, especially for someone my age. you could also buy some stuff to decorate your room into a funky place. it would be fun.

  4. I suddenly missed Berjaya! This is where we stayed before, if I remember correctly there’s a hotel nearby.

  10. I love to see people cosplay, and i love cosplaying too! But never once tried it, because its either i dont have the right materials to make the costume or i dont have enough time. But anyway, that store is amazing! Love the boots! GaAhhh i wish thry had stores like that in my city.

  11. ooh, that store looks creepy. But I’m sure my sister will find it like a wonderland! She loves items like those. Not for my taste tho .

  12. Hihi.. That’s Gollum from LOTR sis! My precious! Haha 😀 Anyway, I’d love to visit this shop when I go to Malaysia. I may not be cosplaying much now, but I’m still in the market for cute and unique finds. Btw, Alodia is collecting ball-jointed dolls from Japan called Dollfie. I’ve always wanted one for myself, but they’re crazy expensive! >.<
