Those are the exact same things we looked for when we were in the process of finding a property to rent. We haven’t found the perfect one, but we are content with it because of the cheap rate! 😀

Three things I look at a place to rent. Easy access road if ever Emergencies occur. The apartment itself is not fire-prone one. And lastly, peaceful community resides.

I couldn’t agree more! My parents and I have been moving from one town to another since I can remember and everytime my Dad will be destined to a new place, we always look for a house for rent. And everything said above is TRUE!!!
And to add, a nice and kind landlord is also what we look for when we rent. We had a landlord before who asks for interest in our rental payment whenever we are delayed in paying, she is really too greedy that’s why we moved out.
We’re so fortunate to have an amazing landlord whom we can call if anything needs to be repaired in the house. We’re pretty much happy with the location of our apartment. I felt so secure in this place. I even told my husband that if we are going to buy a house, I prefer the same community.

I used to rent an apartment when I was still in Pinas. Location and price are my first two factors.
i’ve learned here that the size of the house is not always proportional to price, location is. one may be living a mansion with a swimming pool, big yard, for such a lower price than a very small house without even a yard in a very ideal location.
those are what we have considered too when we moved here to Canada. location is very important and now we don’t want to transfer to another area because everything is accessible in our current location, school, work, hospital, malls, grocery, parks and transportation is not a problem as well.
