Yinchuan Ningxia China is the place where Hui People Lives. You can have a taste and enjoy a lot of different Halal food in here and also goji berries with their famous Babao tea or Ba bao Cha, and also most vegetarian foods was just amazing! Traditional Islamic dishes are a must to find and try when you are here. Some dishes offered unique cuisine in this region. Dishes served are from sheep, fish, lamb and some local snacks that you don’t even wanna miss!
Yinchuan Ningxia China is also home to Wolf or Goji Berries! You can find a really good place who grew them like Hong Manao Goji Berry Farm where we visited them and picked our very own goji berries! Pick all you can and bring them home here in Dubai. After we picked our goji berries, we were welcomed by Hong Manao Staff and showed us the ingredients for the perfect and traditional Babao Tea and how to mix them step by step.
After that super fun activity making Babao Tea, We headed to a building where all the goodies are! We went to buy a lot of things made of goji berries! From sweets to drinks and teas all you can think of! I managed to grab some really good stuff but not that much compared to my other blogger friends who were with me haha Although, I regret not getting lots and lots of babao tea! If you happen to be there right now or planning to go soon or one day, Grab all the babao tea that you can!
