This is for all the artsy people out there! Or if you wanna know more about in this area as well, Glad to have you here in my Blog. I’m the kind of person who wants to do everything and try anything that I can, while I can. Arts is always the thing that I make sure to take time to appreciate when I see one. I’ll stop and stare and touch if I can haha it’s sensory OK. Although sad to say that I cannot draw anything to save my life haha I can maybe color because everyone does. But it is not something I’m really good at but I love seeing and appreciating arts. I have been wanting to visit GMBB KL for so long. They always have really good events and happenings so you can go ahead and follow their instagram for more updates and so you won’t miss anything as well. GMBB KL is the place for all the artsy people, creative people and people who’s like me who loves to see and appreciate things that are really good!!

I’m super guilty for staying and walking around back and forth to GMBB KL for the whole day! I started walking around at 11am and was there until 4pm I think haha I literally stopped and stared and look every painting there. First, second, third floor are mostly mixed of Paintings, Books, a lot of workshops, some shopping and Food/Coffee. Don’t miss the Puppet place! Go inside and watch the program on the TV. Very interesting on how they came up having a fusion Puppet with the super heroes that we know today. It is actually a good idea because the puppet will be more relatable to the people of today and they will appreciate the puppet more.

There’s a ton of workshops or classes that you can there with your family, friends or just go by yourself and explore like I did. You can do Resin class, canvas bag painting, different kinds of paintings, drawings, coffee arts. They do have a lot there so I highly suggest to follow them on instagram for updates! Walking around and looking at all the paintings was so therapeutic for me. I really enjoyed seeing all the paintings and how people can be so creative! If you’re lucky the artist or painter or creative themselves is just there and you can talk to them and asked questions or take a selfie as well. I even bumped to one of the artist there and everyone seems very nice. It does feel like that there’s a community there which feels good. Like everyone knows everyone as neighbors haha.

Also don’t miss BOOKS N BOBS! It’s a self-service bookshop at GMBB KL. You can browse all the books there or choose a book and sit there for a bit and read. If you wanna buy anything, There’s a QR Code you can scan which is everyones preferred mode of payment these days so make sure you got one for yourself. You can also pay via Bank transfer all the information is there at the entrance. Or pay with cash as well just drop your money in to the deposit box. I find this very cool! We need to trust our people more and practise self awareness. It’s good for the soul. I suppose I’ll have to go back again and try out their cafe art workshop and some canvas tote bag painting. Also I need to try the foods and coffee shops there next time as I didn’t get the chance this time.
