Dubai Modest Fashion Week has ended and I cannot thank them enough for having me during the event last Saturday. It was my very first time to attend the modest fashion show, (Well, it is because I’ve never heard them before hehe) I feel very lucky to see their amazing designers! Everyone at the event looks gorgeous and so elegant. Thanks again #DMFW!❤️

I met up with my fashion week buddy @clairelysbw at the Burj metro and walked to Burj Park where the event was held. The view of the Burj Khalifa, the fountain, and the Dubai Opera is just breathtaking and I cannot agree more if who won the best view of the fashion shows this year! But Dubai modest fashion week! It was a very chill and relaxing ambiance at the event talk about fashionable people with the great view and food trucks and bean bags. It was like having a Picnic with good food from the food trucks while wearing your favorite designer outfit + Burj Khalifa! My friend and I went to @hotboxxuae and had their yummy hotdog, chicken, and french fries! Delicious hotdog with guacamole + fries!

So, When we arrived at the venue, We got our bands to enter and started queueing for the next show and oh! boy! it was a bummer! The security guy stopped letting people from going in and my friend and I were just 2 people away from the entrance but they didn’t let us in saying that it was already full inside. That is the reason why they count people upon entering because the runway seating area is only very limited to a number of people who can get in and watch.

Also, Take note that the event is open to the public to everyone! Anyone can get in. Walk-ins can get to the event. Sure, there were so many bloggers like me who were left out and missed to take photos/videos of the beautiful designers. It’s Like me who needs the photos and videos to supply for my blog who didn’t get in, I feel disappointed about that and more disappointed that I only saw 5 designers that night. What a first-time experience for me LOL but it’s OK ??

Maybe next time they can have a queue for “visitors or walk-ins” who randomly walked into the event or registered on that day upon entering and another line for those “Guests” who are already invited just to separate and don’t mix up with those who are more deserving and prepared for the event or Bigger Seating Area, Just my opinion. Overall, the seating, the runway, the view, the food trucks, the chill vibe of the venue, & the designers are just amazing! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for that!

and I am Just trying to express my experience here and maybe Dubai modest fashion week will read this blog post of mine and do something with it next year for a much more better event that everyone won’t even wanna miss a single designers show! They deserved to be seen with so many people! All the designs were a masterpiece.

Talking about the designers, I’ve seen the 8:45 pm Exclusive show by Wardah beauty and it was amazing! I wanna cry as I’ve said to my Video below haha Designers were Dulce by Safiya — Zaskia Sungkar — Norma Hauri — Ria Miranda — ETU. All I can comment was each piece from the 5 designers were incredible! Such a masterpiece and you can totally see the hard-work through those walking models wearing the designers’ creations. I love everything! My ultimate favorite would be the designer Norma Hauri (watch the video below to see her and the other designers masterpiece)

They also have some Workshop and talks during the event and Booths that you can walk through and enjoy! Food trucks were amazing! Kudos to Dubai Modest Fashion Week for choosing the perfect location and chill and relaxing vibe for the guests who attended the event. I can’t wait for next year! Sure it is going to be a much better fashion week of the year!
