Who are Arsene et les Pipelettes?
Arsèneet les Pipelettes have a cult following all over the world. The French brand has over 100 outlets worldwide: including London, Brussels, Madrid, Milan, Asia and the United States.
It all began with creator, Chloé de Bailliencourt, who always had a distinctive passion for drawing and making clothing. After studying in some of the finest fashion academies, both in Paris and London, she embarked on a fashion career.
Her first opportunity came is 2000 where she joined Petit Joy. After 5 years of mastering different design techniques, she felt that she was ready to create her own brand and Arsèneet les Pipelettes was born.
Her first child’s collection began with just a handful of customers in France and slowly began to gain momentum. It was only when she became a Mother that she dared to design a baby collection too. After much demand, she finally launched a boutique in 2011 in Bayonne.
